Nature's Fulcrum connects public reporting, permanent stewardship records and secure field operations while keeping the public and operational data boundaries explicit.

Permanent site identity

One registered stewardship site keeps one stable Nature's Fulcrum identity and QR code for the duration of stewardship.

Separate field events

Each inspection, cleanup, hazard, complaint, maintenance action or follow-up is documented as its own event under the permanent site.

72-hour response

Operational response timing is locked to 72 hours. It is not a public runtime setting.

Public intake remains triage

A public report does not automatically become an operational field ticket or create a permanent site. Staff review is required.

Public/private boundary

Public pages receive curated stewardship and response summaries. Reporter identity, private notes, raw evidence and precise operational GPS remain protected.
